Service

Salience Strategy ("we") provides search and AI visibility work for the client's company: pages published on the client's site, content on sites we run, mentions on third-party sites, review and directory profiles, and a monthly report. The work done each month is what we judge necessary for the client's buyer questions; there are no fixed counts.

Fees and billing

Starting the program charges $1 to save the client's card with Stripe. The fee is $2,000 a month, billed monthly in advance to that card from the day the work starts, which is agreed on the onboarding call. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes where they apply.

Term and cancellation

There is no minimum term. The client can cancel at any time by email to hello@saliencestrategy.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month; no further charges are made. Fees already paid are not refunded.

No guarantee of results

Search results and AI answers are decided by third parties. We do not promise rankings, citations, traffic, mentions or a number of sales calls. The monthly report states what was done and what was measured.

Client access and content

The client gives us publishing access to its site and keeps it for the duration of the service. Pages and content we publish on the client's site belong to the client. Content we publish on sites we run stays ours. The client confirms that the facts it gives us about its business are accurate; we do not publish claims we cannot check.

Third-party platforms

Work on Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn, review sites and directories follows those platforms' rules. We do not buy reviews, post from fake accounts or pay for placements presented as editorial. A platform may remove content at its discretion; that is outside our control.

Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees the client paid in the month in which the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or loss of business.

Changes

We may change these terms or the price with 30 days' notice by email. Continued use after that date is acceptance of the change.
